Ear Suction Hawke's Bay - how we're different to other providers

Whether from our local handily-placed Hawke’s Bay clinic locations (Hastings and Napier are our top clinic locations) your home or at a rest home, we provide safe, clean, and instant ear wax removal. Our modern quick microsuction treatment relieves hearing loss, pain and discomfort for those with blocked ears.

Ear Suction Hawke’s Bay is different to other firms - we provide a totally personalised (you’ll see Anne, our friendly and experienced Ear Nurse each and every visit) and rapid service where you, the client, is firmly in control.

No one should suffer hearing loss from blocked ears, so we can normally arrange your ear wax removal treatment by our Ear Nurse within a day or so. We can see you at 8 am onwards in Hastings, out of hours, or on a Saturday morning too.

Endorsed by ACC

Unlike water syringing, which can lead to perforation to the ear drum and potential hearing damage, ear wax removal by microsuction carried out by an ear nurse is fully endorsed by ACC. Gentle microsuction cleaning of an ear canal is always performed under direct vision using a microscope, which is one major reason it’s safer. We remove excess ear wax, loose skin, debris from ear infections and foreign objects.

Free ear health assessment*

We offer a free assessment with a “No Wax, No Fee” guarantee, so you can seek our expert advice without obligation. In addition, we’re so confident you’ll be happy with our ear wax removal services that we offer a full 100% fee guarantee. In the very unlikely event you’re not happy with our services, you don’t have to pay!

* Please note that if wax is removed, we will charge our current fee for removing ear wax.

  • Free ear health assessment with independent and impartial advice.

  • Early start (from 8 am) appointments in Hastings.

  • Easy to contact and rapid response times, you can book online, on Facebook or contact us anytime between 8 am to 7 pm except Sunday.

  • 100% fee guarantee, in the unlikely event you're unhappy you don't have to pay.

  • Unlike some providers, we always use microsuction! Get the real deal!

  • Audiology background - useful advice on hearing if wax is not the issue.

  • Free GP referrals

  • Sound experience with ear health with recommendations on the next steps.

  • Five clinics across Hawke's Bay.

How good is your hearing?

Can you go out to your garden or the bush and listen to our beautiful Kiwi birds welcoming the dawn or are your ears giving you problems? If the latter, or if you’re just not sure, we offer a free ear health assessment with no obligation. Our guarantee is no wax, no fee!

Press play to listen to the NZ Dawn Chorus* and see how you go.
